Attorney load imbalance.Kayleigh Smith is logging ~4x the hours of the other three PI attorneys. Some of that is Jess and Sabine splitting time with community outreach, but worth reviewing.
Pipeline concentration.19 cases are stuck at "Discovery Served", the largest single stage. Worth investigating whether that's normal throughput or a backlog.
HV punches above its weight.12 HV cases = 13% by count but 31% of pipeline value. Losing one HV case in mediation has more revenue impact than losing 5 BB cases at Demand.
